Welcome to Class 4

Welcome to Year 4. I am excited to teach and support the children again this year whilst watching them mature and further develop their skills and knowledge. There are many things to look forward to, including continuing with swimming lessons and beginning to develop musical talents as the children learn to play the guitar. This year will also be an important year for the children as they will complete the Multiplication Tables Check to assess their knowledge of the times tables up to 12 x 12. There will be lots of emphasis on this in school to prepare children for this and we’d appreciate your encouragement at home to ensure the children know their times tables.
