Year 4 e-safety

 

Year 2 – Following instructions to help understand the principles behind coding.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Year 5 – ‘Whilst learning at home, children in Year 5 have created their own iMovie trailer. Children couldn’t use iMovie at home so they tried to do it their own way using either power point, video recorder on their phone or by creating their own story board on paper.’

Autumn term

Year 1 have been developing their typing skills on a keyboard. They have also been developing their mouse skills by selecting and clicking on images. Children in Year 1 have also created a digital Christmas paint picture, using Paint.

In EYFS, children have been learning how to navigate and operate a mouse and keyboard by playing a range of games and exploring various tools on the computer. Children have also been thinking about the use of technology and technological toys.

Children in Year 2 have been developing and improving their keyboard and typing skills through creating PowerPoint presentations. Over the course of the term, children have successfully created PowerPoint slides and added information to their creations. Some children have even included pictures! Good work Year 2!
